"Avi’s approach to both debate and life is very similar, highly principled. Often preferring the gender pronoun Beyonce, Avi is everything you need and more in a trainer, you can’t help but imagine her with a Halo while she trains you into Formation. Her goal is not just to teach the uninitiated how to win debates but also to produce a certain type of individual--an individual who is courageous enough to defend their principles and values through the art of speaking, and isn’t sorry about it.

Her approach is Irreplaceable and #flawless. A few sessions with her and everyone falls Crazy in Love with her. They’re ready to defend feminist values for all the Single Ladies getting pressured into marriages, or those who would wish “If I Were a Boy”. She has previously been a faculty member of the Asian Debate Institute, MIDP (Malaysian Institute for Debate and Public Speaking) and has trained debaters from all over Asia including Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, China and South Korea, so she can basically run the world...or at the very least a re-imagined one as she would say.

Avi’s had a stellar debating career so far. Which includes reaching up to the ESL Quarterfinals in Malaysia WUDC and many other national and international debate tournaments while bagging the top speaker awards in many of those. When she turned to adjudication, her performance was again, consistently stellar. Bagging awards like the 3rd Best adjudicator in Thailand UADC and judging the finals of many other tournaments.

When not debating or training others, Avi is busy cooking up delicacies from scratch, from her favourite Filipino pork dishes, to the most amazingly improvised Spanish cuisines. With her wide knowledge of food and understanding of taste, she can describe depth in flavor of even the most gastronomically mundane things like a ham cheese toastie from 7/11."
